Privacy Policy

Last updated August 21, 2026

Letgro ("Letgro," "we," "us," or "our") operates letgro.co. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to the forms, calls, and booking tools linked from it.

We're a Canadian business, based in Ontario, and we handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what your browser sends us automatically.

What you give us directly, when you fill out a form or book a call:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Company name and website
  • Marketing budget, revenue figures, and other details about your business, if you share them through our strategy-session booking form
  • Anything you write in a message field

What we collect automatically, when you visit the site:

  • Pages you view and how you use the site, through Google Analytics
  • Ad-related activity, through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, if you arrived from a Meta ad
  • General site performance data, through Vercel Analytics

How We Use It

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your message or book your strategy session
  • Understand which pages and ads are working, so we can improve the site
  • Send you information about our services, if you've asked for it

We do not sell your personal information. We never will.

Who We Share It With

We share information with the tools that help us run the business:

  • Google — Analytics, for site traffic; Ads, for ad performance
  • Meta — the Pixel, for ad performance
  • Calendly — if you book a call through our scheduling widget
  • Slack — internally, so our team sees your message the moment you send it
  • Vercel — who hosts this website

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

Cookies

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies to recognize your browser across visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site still works without them, though we won't be able to see how you found us.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact and booking information for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Analytics data is retained according to Google's and Meta's own retention settings.

Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you can:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Withdraw your consent to our use of it, at any time

To do any of these, contact us using the details below. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
